Your pack shipment
We deliver worldwide. Simply, choose you country from the list in "Cart" section when proceeding your order. Please state your desired address in every order. Promised delivery day depends on operator and it’s usually up to 12 working days. If you can't see your country on the list, please contact our Customer Service.
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the whole year via the electronic form available at the Shop. Orders are processed on working days between 11 a.m. and 19 p.m. (CET, Central European Time)
Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Polish Post or DPD.
Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and destination country. Cost of delivery will be calculated automatically in your cart.
Shipping cost shall be added to the cost of the order. The Customer will be clearly informed of the shipping cost on the orders form before placing an order.
When Customer receives the goods delivered should check with the presence of the deliverer condition of the outer packaging. In the event of damage to the packaging of the consignment customer should prepare with the deliverer damage report, in duplicate signed both by the consignee and the deliverer.

Goods will be delivered by Poczta Polska S.A. (Polish Post) at the address indicated in the order of delivery. Please find below the estimated date of parcel delivery (D – means the date of sending, n – means the number of business days between the date of sending and the date of delivery):
